通过游戏活动引出下列词组：turn left,turn right.教师请学生起立，边听边跟着教师做动作,学生在过程中理解turn left,turn right的含义。
T: Boys and girls,let’s play a game.Stand up,please.Follow me.Do the action.Walk!Stop!Turn left!Turn right！
反复循环几次帮助学生理解后，可以加快语速和节奏进行操练。

教师创设情境：Wu Yifan is calling Mike.Listen and tick or cross.

Let's talk
1.紧接着Let’s try部分创设的情景，教师呈现教学中提到看完电影后的一幕，告诉学生：“Film is over.Wu Yifan is hungry now.”
教师给出几个特殊疑问词：who,how, where ,why（可以以表格的形式呈现黑板中），播放动画视频（观看两遍，感知对话情景，理解大意。），再听的过程中完成表格,听后指导并核对表格内容。
a.Who are they? Mike and Wu Yifan.
b.How is the film? It’s interesting.
c.Where do they want to do? They want to go to the restaurant.
d.Why? Wu Yifan is hungry.
e.Where is the place? It’s next to the park on Dongfang Street.
2.再次听音跟读，学习三会单词Italian,restaurant,pizza.在此环节学生理解get的含义，以及在东方街和在什么地方转弯的表示方法：on
Dongfang Street,turn left\right at…学生做一组替换练习。
3.根据对话内容在黑板画出地图，带着学生跟随文中主人公来找一下他们要去的地方在哪里，通过画地图强调left\right的方向性。
4.再次播放录音，轻声跟读，齐读，分角色朗读，为视频配音。。
5.学生两人一组，分角色朗读对话。

一首欢快的英文歌曲，既能活跃课堂气氛，又能复习旧知识。通过游戏引入本课重点词汇，让学生们迅速进入到学习状态，为本课的学习做好铺垫。
听录音完成听力任务，既可以很好地将学生带入新课的话题，也能帮助他们养成良好的学习英语的习惯。
通过已列出的几个特殊疑问，学生在有目的的搜索答案时，能够整体理解感知文章大意。
模仿教师所呈现的新语言，做机械的句型操练，并在真实的交流语境中帮助学生理解其中的含义。
鼓励学生洪亮地、有感情地朗读，引导其他学生认真倾听，对模仿惟妙惟肖的学生及时给与表扬。
