教学过程（教学模式）
Step 1 Warming—up (复习 ——温故、引新) 1）结合上一节课的拓展活动,让学生用所学的知识介绍一周气温情况,同时复习学过的内容.教师鼓励学生在这一环节正确使用比较级和最高级的形式.
2）Bingo game:将学生分组.用所提供的关键词造句,如:summer, spring, hottest, warmer等,为新授课做预备.
Step 2. Presentation (呈现 ——输入、理解)
1）Free talk:教师提出一系列问题,How many months are there in a year?
How many days are there in a week? How many seasons are there in a year? Which is the first season? Which is the next season? 引出本课目标语言.
2)教师提出问题：Guess which one I like better, spring or summer? Why? 以此为话题，让学生自由讨论。最后展示答案：I like summer better, because I have summer holidays.引出have summer holidays.
3)引导学生就What do we in summer holidays?做出回答，引出新词组go on a trip 和go to a summer camp, 展示 教学挂图，让学生看图跟读。
4）师生对话，操练句子。在操练的过程中，鼓励学生联系Lesson33学过的词句。

5) 教师利用教学图片，用多种方式强化新学词语。可展示卡片读、抽卡片抢读、两人一组互问互答。
6）教师在黑板上示范板书Just write部分的单词和语句，一边写一边读，写完后让学生齐读。然后选几名学生到黑板上仿写，其他学生在自己的练习本上书写，最后师生同时对学生的书法作品进行评价。
Step 3 Practice (操练 ——内化、熟练)
让学生合上书看挂图，教师播放录音，让学生听录音模仿。
Step 4 Production (练习——输出、检测)
完成练习册习题。
