T:When are you going S1: I’m going at...找两名同学回答问题,操练本节课重点句型。 Let's try 出示Let's try部分的情境图,T:Who are they S:They are Amy and John.T:John is on his way home.He sees Amy.What is Amy going to do Can you guess S1:She is going to ....S2:She is going to....S3:She is going to.... T:Whose guess is right Let’s listen to the tape and find the question”What is Amy going to do ” 师播放第一遍录音,学生回答第一个问题,并公布正确答案。师追问“Is John going to buy some fruit ”播放第二遍录音,回答第二个问题,并公布答案。师追问Who is Jack?为Let's talk中涉及的人物做铺垫。 Let's talk 教师呈现John和Jack的头像并介绍John’s cousin Jack is going to visit him next week.They are going to do an interesting thing. Listen to the tape and tell me where they are going 师第一遍播放录音,学生听后作答“They are going to the cinema.”师追问“For what?”S:They are going to the cinema to see a film .出示Let’s talk部分的挂图T:There is a movie poster on the screen. Let’s look at it together.The name of the movie is “Travel to Mars”.This movie is about space travel(把space travel写在副板书上并加以讲解).T:Now,listen to the tape the second time,and find out what they are going 师第二遍播放录音,学生听后作答They are going to the cinema to see a film about space travel.T:When are they going Read the dialogue as quickly as you can and find the answer.S:Next Wednesday.Amy 的这句话中提到了comic book。师在副板书中书写并领读,解释意思T:But Amy says “Why not go on Tuesday ”(把why not 写在副板书中并加以讲解)Listen to the tape the third time,and answer the question.师第三遍播放录音,生听后作答。出示挂图中的生词Half price ,写在副板书中并加以解释其意思。简单介绍电影院星期二半价的生活常识。2.师第四遍播放录音,学生跟读。(男女生分角色朗读.) 1.Memory contest。 教师将对话中的核心句型和重点词汇掏空,让学生根据记忆补全对话内容。 2.教师出示表格,让学生根据表格提供的信息填上合适的疑问词。 Interview your classmates and then give a report。 师出示一些地点类,动词类和时间类的词组,让学生两人一组,用Where are you going What are you going?When are you going 来提问并作出相应回答。 2.拓展几部知名英文电影,并做简单介绍,鼓励学生利用课后时间经常观看英文电影,有助于英语口语的提高。 Today we mainly learned two sentences“Where are you going”and“When are you going?”Here are some new words“space, travel,comic book,why not,half,price”We need to keep the knowledge in mind and use them in the real situations。 本活动通过简短的太空小视频展现了本节课的对话主题,激发了学生学习英语的兴趣。 本活动师生之间的简单对话,增进师生之间的感情,还巩固了学过的短语和句型,并为本节课的学习进行铺垫。 用猜一猜的方式,不仅可以让学生反复操练重点句型,而且锻炼了学生的发散思维。 用最直观的对话挂图来加以讲解,更易懂,而且为本节课的作业2进行铺垫。 简单解释电影票星期二半价,勾起学生对更多生活常识的探索兴趣。 教师分类整理出三类的词组,能唤起学生过去的知识,并加以巩固和练习。 展示的几部影片很有代表性,能激起学生的观看兴趣,适时鼓励学生多观看英文电影。
作业 设计 Homework: 1.Read the dialogue with your friends. 2.Little designer 根据自己的喜好设计出一张电影海报,要求包含对话中的主要内容和信息,包括电影的名称或种类,时间和票价等。并用本节课的重点句型和词组向小伙伴展示自己的作品。
