Step1: Warming up Activity1: Enjoy a song.
Ss watch a video and enjoy a song.

Activity2: Look and say.
T: How to ask weather? (学生根据出示的图片说出对应的天气)

Activity 1: Focus on the first picture.

Ss: It’s rainy.

Activity 2: Get the information of the video.
T: Why is Guoguo happy? Please watch the video and answer the question.
Ss: Because it’s rainy. She can put on her new raincoat.

Activity 3: Listen and say.
T: Guoguo wants to know the weather. What does Guoguo ask?

T: Guoguo is happy. Because she can put on her new raincoat. He likes rainy days. Because he can see rainbows after raining. Peppa likes rainy days. Why?
Ss: She likes stepping in the puddles. It’s interesting.

Activity 4: Focus on the second picture.
T: Guoguo puts on her new raincoat. She meets her friend Sara. What does Guoguo say? Please listen.
Ss: It’s windy today.
T: What does Sara say?
Ss: Winter in coming.
T: Which season is it?
Ss: It’s late autumn.
T: Please look. In late autumn, it’s getting cold. (通过图示的方式解读Winter is coming.表达的意思)
