一、教学内容分析
?本课是小学新标准英语第七册第8模块第1单元的内容，故事讲述Amy和Ms. Smart在读报的过程中了解到一些英国孩子上周来中国参加音乐比赛，一个吹笛子的女孩还获得了金奖杯。Amy告诉妈妈她也会吹笛子，妈妈告诉她多加练习你也可以得奖杯。本模块重点学习学习一般过去时的特殊疑问句及回答。
二、教学目标
1．知识目标(knowledge objects)： a. Students can understand and use key words：come-came, last, win-won, gold cup, practise.
b. Students can use sentence structures：What did she/he play? She/He played the…
2. 能力目标(Ability objects)：
a.Students are able to identify the sentences with “what” and “when”.
b.Students are able to talk about the news with the past verbs.
3．情感目标(Moral object)：
Students enjoy the story and understand the proverbs involved in the story “Practice makes perfect”.
三、学习者特征分析
四年级学生英语语言能力较强，大部分学生上课能够积极主动的发言，上课时能够专心听讲，但个别的学生语言基础还需再加强，需要教师鼓励他们在课堂上认真听讲，积极主动的回答老师提出的问题，善于思考。学生在单词，词组，句子方面学习认真，掌握比较良好，但是在语音和阅读方面还需要加强。
四、教学策略选择与设计
?为激发学生兴趣，本课我采用歌曲、游戏、合作、调查、欣赏等多种方式组织课堂。利用图片、视频、音乐、多媒体展开教学。增加语言学习的直观性和趣味性。让多媒体在多方面发挥作用，加大了课堂密度，促进学生乐学，提高课堂学习效率。我利用情境培养学生思维品质和学习能力，在活动中传授知识，采取任务型教学策略，评价过程多鼓励，多肯定，树立学生学习英语信心和积极性。
