能够听懂、理解story time 中的故事。
教学重点:掌握四会句型:What can you do I can sweep the floor. I can cook the meals. I can water the flowers,并能在情景中自然的加以运用。
教学难点:正确拼写主要句型。
课前准备:
教师准备教学过程中所需要的图片、英文卡片、课件。
教学过程
(一)Warm-up
欣赏歌曲《 I Can Help 》,学生跟唱。
[设计意图:将学过的歌曲反复演唱,在活跃气氛的同时,将旧知像滚雪球一样重复出现,更能加深学生的记忆。]
2、Now I ask you, what can you do Who can spell“What can you do ”学生拼读,教师板书在四线格里“What can you do I can(教师提问让学生说说自己会做的事情复习词语,当学生说能做什么的时候,教师便说OK,just do it.模仿做动作让学生理解这个意思。板书Ok,just do it.)
[设计意图:通过提问复习A部分词语,并让学生做这个动作,词的形和意有机结合,并解决短文难点句型OK. just do it.]
3、Let’s play a guessing game.(课件展示图片遮挡其中的一部分,让学生猜是在做什么家务)用上句型He/She can…或用上动物名称
[设计意图:从猜词语游戏运用了He/she can…的句型,激发学生的学习兴趣,口拼四会单词为下面完成填空打下基础。]
提问What can your mother/father/brother/grandpa… do
[设计意图:从提问自己会做什么家务到提问家人会做什么家务,培养学生平时关心家人的意识,乐于帮助家人做事情。为下面引入山羊妈妈生病做铺垫]
(二) Presentation
1、Mother is very helpful. But today mother can’t do anything,why (出示妈妈生病的图配上音乐,教学ill)Mother goat is helpful. but she’s ill too.(出示山羊妈妈生病的图片)
[设计意图:教学ill这个生词,解决另一个难点词。]
2、We can help her. Who can help mother goat (课件展示)
教读他们的名字Zip, Monkey, Zoom, Rabbit,带领学生一一认读。(贴动物图片)
3、What can they do (课件看短文)
出示课件图片学生自己阅读短文完成问题填空。
[设计意图:培养学生的自学能力,阅读短文,并学会抓重点句,理解短文,完成填空。]
再自己认真读一读书本P48的对话,完成下列句子
A、What can the monkey do He can
B 、What can the rabbit do She can
C、What can Zip do She can
D、What can Zoom do He can
校对答案,进行板书四会句。
[设计意图:巩固重点句型,四会掌握句子。板书加深学生对重点句的印象。并理清短文的思路。]
课件出示对话,分句跟读对话。注意语音语调。
学生练读,分角色表演对话。

1、让学生做本单元A Read and write部分的活动手册配套练习。P35 /5课件展示听力,再校对答案。

  教学反思:
  本课时主要是在前两课时的基础上,使学生能听说读写主要句型,并在合适的情景中自然的使用。Read and write 部分为学生创设了趣味性极强的情景,在活动中可以很好的完成教学目标 ( http: / / www.21cnjy.com / " \o "欢迎登陆21世纪教育网" \t "_blank )。接下来的Pronunciation帮助学生感悟发音规律,新知呈现部分安排的两个活动一张一弛,更符合小学 ( http: / / www.21cnjy.com / " \o "欢迎登陆21世纪教育网" \t "_blank )生的年龄特点。
  同时,唱一唱和做游戏的活动在本课也起到了相互衔接的作用,预热部分出现的歌曲为学生出示了一些新词组,如set the table, wash my clothes, wash dishes……,在做游戏时又重复出现,既扩充了学生的词汇量,又便于他们记忆。
