Step8 Teaching reflection 教学反思：
两个失误：在开课初期的变色球环节中，本应该有黄色变为红色，再引入课堂，但由于课前准备不足，开课的时候变色球出来就是红色，导致失误；另一个失误是在剪窗花巩固句型Happy New Year环节，时间关系没有时间小组展示，导致遗憾。
2.课堂趣味性不足。
3.整个课堂的环节还可以稍作调整。
4.语言感好，把控课堂的节奏好，以问题为导向的设计，层层深入的带领学生理解。
5.学生评价还没有充分运用到位。
6.带领学生对文本的理解还不够深入，需要加强。
