2. 情感态度价值观目标：
该部分的学习内容贴近学生的生活，谈论的话题是小时候的一些事情。通过描述外貌特征来训练含be的一般过去时。
重点 1) 描述自己身边熟悉的人的以前的一些外貌特征。
2) 理解含be的一般过去时的用法。
3）两朋友之间用一般过去时互相描述对方以前的特点。
难点 1) 含be的一般过去时的使用。
2) 含be的一般过去时与一般现在时的区别。

讲授新课 Ⅱ. Presentation
1.T: This is month. This is cute …. This class, we’ll learn something about growing up.
(Show the pictures of the new words on the screen. Learn the meanings of the new words: month，cute，pretty，handsome，turtle，catch，fly，grow up，junior high school，born)
2.Work on Listen and say. Play the recording for the Ss to listen and repeat the new words. Ss read the new words and try to remember them.
3.讲练结合。Do you know Sally？Complete the notes about the photos.

4. Ss read and try to remember the phrases.
Ⅲ.Grammer.
一般过去时：（1）定义：过去时间里发生的动作或者存在的状态
（2）结构：主语+was/were+其他
含be动词的一般过去时
肯定式：主语+was/were+其他（am，is的过去式是was；are的过去式是were.）
例如：

1.将单词与相应的图片连接起来。
2.图表结合
根据图片所包含的内容，完成表格。

学生紧跟老师的讲解，熟悉并牢记一般过去时的表达结构式。
自己尝试用一般过去时来造句。
学生根据所熟悉的单词，完成连线。
根据课文，学生完成表格。
